Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements relating to the purchase of fine art photographs from Thomas Bil Photography.

2. Applicability
These Terms and Conditions apply to every offer and agreement between Thomas Bil Photography and the customer. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Products
Thomas Bil Photography offers limited edition fine art nature and wildlife photographs. Each print is produced with high-quality materials and craftsmanship. Minor variations in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings or production processes.
4. Limited Editions
Each limited editions is individually numbered and, where applicable, signed. Once an edition is sold out, no additional prints of that image will be produced.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated separately.
Thomas Bil Photography uses a progressive pricing model for limited editions, meaning that prices may increase as more prints within an edition are sold.
Payment must be completed in full before production and shipment. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers.
6. Orders and Agreement
An agreement is concluded once your order has been confirmed and payment has been received. Thomas Bil Photography reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of errors, suspected fraud, or other legitimate reasons.
7. Production and Delivery
All prints are produced on demand. Delivery times are indicative and may vary. Thomas Bil Photography is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.
The risk of damage or loss passes to the customer upon delivery.
8. Shipping
Orders are shipped worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the destination and will be communicated during checkout.
9. Right of Withdrawal / Returns
Due to the custom-made and limited edition nature of the products, the right of withdrawal does not apply. Returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within a reasonable time and provide photographic evidence.
10. Intellectual Property
All images, photographs, and content remain the intellectual property of Thomas Bil Photography. Purchasing a print does not grant any reproduction or commercial usage rights. The work may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
11. Liability
Thomas Bil Photography is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the product in question, unless otherwise required by law.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Statement available on the website.
13. Force Majeure
Thomas Bil Photography is not liable for failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or disruptions in supply chains.
14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
All agreements and disputes shall be governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
15. Amendments
Thomas Bil Photography reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version applicable is the one in effect at the time of the agreement.
